FIZE Initiatives

Turning Ideas into Projects

We bring together people, institutions, and ideas to create sustainable solutions for global challenges.

FIZE Initiatives

Turning Ideas into Projects

FIZE develops and supports initiatives at the intersection of education, academia, society, international cooperation, and sustainable development. Our projects arise from real-world challenges and are developed together with partners from public administration, business, higher education, and civil society.

We understand initiatives as long-term endeavors with societal relevance. They deliberately extend beyond individual events, campaigns, or project phases and aim to create lasting connections between people, institutions, and ideas.

Our goal is to build sustainable structures and partnerships that continue to create value and generate impact long after a specific project or funding period has ended.

The initiatives presented below are currently under development or already in implementation.

MICT UA

MICT UA is an initiative focused on developing structured return, integration, and education pathways for young Ukrainians who have spent significant parts of their lives abroad.

 "Future Regions"

The "Future Regions" initiative explores how regional development, education, career opportunities, and social cohesion can be more closely connected.

The initiative seeks to build on the experiences and insights gained through MICT UA and transfer them to regional challenges in Hesse. Together with municipalities, educational institutions, businesses, and other partners, the goal is to develop new approaches for attracting, developing, and retaining skilled professionals.

Have a Project Idea?

Many meaningful initiatives begin with a single observation or a concrete challenge.

If you have an idea that fits the mission of FIZE, we would welcome the opportunity to discuss it with you and explore potential ways of working together.
